How can we maintain our relationships with friends back home?

When we come to Japan, most of us leave behind friends and family. Unfortunately, we often get caught up with our lives in Japan, and our old friends get put on the back burner. Today, I'd like to take a look at a few ways that have helped me keep in touch with my people back home.

If your looking for a place to sing "Real" American songs in okinawa, come on out to Club Hank & Rumi on highway 58 2 lights south of Futenma base.  We have the largest selection of american karaoke on okinawa!  This is all from the states, not the Japanese versions of american tunes.

That sounds cool. There's a pretty decent song list on your site. It looks like a Karaoke bar, not a karaoke box like most places in Japan. Is that right?

Anyway, has anyone been here? What's it like?
