We just got a new name stamp or as they say in Japan 'hanko' or 'inkan', so I think I can help you out. The place your looking for is in Kumoji on 58.  I believe you can find it here. This is what the store looks like.

I think you can get one for about 3000 yen, it depends on how long your name is though. If your name is too long you might have to get a more expensive one, think about 5000 yen for five characters. It takes about a day, no big deal.
